Hi, I'm Beverley Elder, a Dubliner whose love and practice of yoga started in NYC back in 1996. Since then, my principal Yoga training has been with Yoga Therapy Ireland (500hr Yoga Alliance), teaching both Hatha & Vinyasa Flow yoga. I've been teaching yoga in Ireland for over 15 years now. I have studied Meditation, Mindfulness, stress reduction techniques, Spiritual care for the dying and volunteered as a meditation facilitator with the Tibetan Buddhist organisation, Rigpa International. In 2023, I completed a further specialism (40 hr British Wheel of Yoga) in Menopause Yogaâ„¢ with Petra Coveney in the UK.

I qualified as a Reiki therapist in 2002 ( Usui Shiki Ryoho, Phyllis Lee Furumoto lineage) and currently work with clients by appointment in the comfort of their own homes in the County Dublin area. More Info

Using the variety of techniques and practices that I have trained in over the years ( Yoga, Stress Management, guided Meditation, Breathwork, Nutrition guidelines & guided Journaling), in conjunction with your GP or specialist, I can help you schedule your weekly wellbeing plan and make a realistic workable personalised routine to reduce stress and anxiety in your daily life, working towards building resilience and planning and re-balancing your daily & weekly schedule.
